According to sources close to ESPN, SK Gaming and Virtus.pro parent company ESForce will be acquired by Mail.ru for the price of $150 million.

ESForce, along with ownership in two esports teams, also owns tournament organizer Epicenter, gambling websites CS:GO Lounge, Dota 2 Lounge, Yota Arena, Cybersport and RuHub.

ESForce were also owners of esports team Natus Vincere but were forced to part ways with the organization in November as a result of the World eSports Association (WESA) rule that will take effect in September of this year.

ESForce will have to make a decision on which team to keep between Virtus.Pro and SK Gaming before September, due to the same rules regarding WESA. The ESL Pro League and other WESA-regulated tournaments will be set by the same rule-set.
