The latest update to the Public Beta Environment will largely bring small changes to the client, including some new cosmetics, some balance changes, and a few quality of life changes.
First up are new leveling reward emotes, which you can see here along with the full patch notes. These emotes will be unlocked at level 300, 325, 350, and 375.
Along with the new emotes, come changes to several heroes.
Most of the heroes affected by this patch received buffs.Evelynn got a 15 point damage boost to her Whiplash, while Kog'Maw and Ornn got a similar treatment for their W abilities. Kog'Maw's Bio-Arcane Barrage damage per level has increased from 0.5 to 0.75, and Ornn's Bellows Breath has changed from
Conversely, Gnar and Gangplank found themselves nerfed.
Gnar's ultimate passive no longer reduces the cooldown on Boomerang Throw. Also, both the AD and AP scaling of his ultimate have been scaled back significantly.

Outside of these changes were small adjustments to several items, as well as new additions to the Elder Dragon tooltips. As always, these changes aren't guaranteed to stick.
