ESL One will return to Brazil this summer in the form of ESL One Belo Horizonte, a Counter-Strike event announced Wednesday by ESL.

ESL revealed ESL One Belo Horizonte is scheduled to take place in Brazil from June 15-17.

"The beautiful city of Belo Horizonte will welcome eight of the world’s best Counter-Strike: Global Offensive teams and thousands of passionate fans in the Mineirinho Arena for the first ESL One event in South America! Here we will witness some outstanding matches and experience the electrifying atmosphere of the crowd that you can only experience in Brazil," ESL's post read.

The event has a prize pool of $200,000 and will be the first ESL One event to take place in Brazil. The only other major CS:GO event to take place in Brazil was the ESL Pro League Season 4 Finals, which Cloud9 won in October 2016.

Brazil is one of the strongest regions in professional Counter-Strike, with SK Gaming having won two Majors. The team has come on tough times lately, with Epitacio "TACO" de Melo leaving the team and SK having its worst standing in HLTV's rankings since November 2015. Still, having a major event in Brazil is a big moment for the country and region in terms of professional CS:GO.

Tickets for ESL One Belo Horizonte will go on sale at 4 p.m. ET Thursday.
