Assassin's Creed Shadows DLC: A Shinobi on Awaji quest guide

When you first reach the island of Awaji after starting Assassin’s Creed Shadows’ DLC, you’ll be tasked with tracking down the location of the imprisoned shinobi you heard about in the puppet show. However, you get almost no direction on how to do this other than “the locals might know something”, yet every person you talk to will beg you off or tell you to leave them alone.
We’ll explain what you need to do to get the information you need to kick off the DLC’s story properly.
How to complete A Shiobi on Awaji – AC Shadows DLC
If you have a scout, use it on the map of the town you start at, and you’ll see that there are three possible places you can go to get your information: The docks, the inn, or the market. You have complete free rein to choose whichever option you want, as all will require you to do roughly the same thing and yield the same result.
You’ll need to eavesdrop on a conversation, complete a quick infiltration, and then you’ll get the information you need as to where the shinobi is being held captive. And if you guessed that the location would be the massive castle very conspicuously overlooking the town, you’d be right.
