Donkey Kong Bananza Pop Party guide: All Balloon and Banana locations

Bananas are everywhere in Donkey Kong Bananza, but the trickiest ones to find are often in the special challenge levels that you can find scattered around all of the different layers. One of the earliest ones that’s giving players some trouble is the Lagoon Layer Challenge Course 3, also known as Pop Party.
This puzzle requires you to find five balloons to get your first banana, with two more hidden in the level, so we’ll explain where to get all of them.

Pop Party level location in DK Bananza
This challenge level is hard to miss as it’s along the required path for the Lagoon Layer’s main story. Once you drop into Sublayer 102 after unlocking the Kong Bananza ability, you’ll find this challenge level covered in purple tape just ahead form where you dropped down. You’ll need to use Paulene’s voice to unlock the level and then be in your Kong Bananza form to open the door and get in.
Pop Party Banana 1 – All Balloon locations in DK Bananza
Balloon 1
Directly in front of you as you start the level.
Balloon 2
Defeat the enemy to your right as you move up the main path through the maze.
Balloon 3
Defeat the enemy on the far right of the maze. You’ll need to smash through the walls to reach it.
Balloon 4
In the section with the rotating platform, smash through the concrete floor on one of the sections to find the balloon in the segment below.
Balloon 5
Defeat the three enemies in the left section of the maze. You’ll need to smash through walls to reach them.
Pop Party Banana 2 – Atop the Concrete Roof
For the second banana, simply get to the outside of the maze and climb up on top of the roof, and the banana is on a platform there.
Pop Party Banana 3 – Hung from the Ceiling
The last banana is hung on the roof of the maze, along a climbable path at the far end of the maze. From where the banana is hung, do a 180 and smash through the maze until you find a solid climbable wall that leads directly onto the path along the roof that you can use to reach the banana.
