Doom: The Dark Ages – All wolf statue locations

Where to find every wolf statue in Doom: The Dark Ages
Doom: The Dark Ages
Doom: The Dark Ages / Bethesda

In Doom: The Dark Ages’ larger levels, some rewards are locked behind a special barrier surrounded by spectral wolves. To unlock these, you need to find metal wolf statues scattered around the level and smash them with your shield to get the reward. Unlike most collectibles, these don’t get marked on your map when you get close, so they can be easy to miss.

We’ll help you out by showing you where to find every wolf statue in Doom: The Dark Ages.

Chapter 6 – The Siege Part 1 wolf statues

This is the easiest one, as all three statues are very close by. As soon as you come out onto the battlefield, turn right and follow the path along until you find the Ruby locked behind the barrier.

As you’re facing the barrier, turn 180 degrees and you’ll see the first statue on a ledge behind you. Then, to the right of the barrier, the second statue is tucked in the rocks and roots just across the way. Finally, the third statue is at the base of the cliff directly behind the barrier.

As you enter the level, take the path that branches off to the left, leading you to a small clearing just north of a combat encounter. Defeat the enemies here, and the barrier guarding the statue will drop. The statue is on the cliff’s edge.

On your right at the very start of the level is a door that requires the chapter’s secret key to unlock. Check out our guide on every secret key location in Doom: The Dark Ages if you need help finding that. Once you have the key, come back and unlock this door to find the statue at the end of the path.

Head to the northeast section of the map, north of where you find the secret key, and you’ll find the statue holding the Wraithstone. However, first you need to look up and to the right to find the last wolf statue on a ledge above you. A small wave of enemies will spawn, and then you can grab your reward.

Drop off the ledge where the first statue is located and follow the path around until you reach a clearing. To your right will be a pile of gold, and if you peek down over that ledge, you’ll spot the second statue.

Keep walking around the edge of the map, past the combat encounter on the far-west side, until you’re going up the walkway along the northwestern edge of the map. Look to the rocks just off the edge of the path and you’ll see the third statue tucked away.

From the third statue, continue along that path towards the big circular door, but turn right, away from it, at the junction. In the area where two giant worm monsters burst out of the ground, you’ll find the fourth statue just behind one of the worm’s nests, at the bottom of a ledge.

From the fourth statue, head back the way you came, past the third statue, and keep going straight to drop down into one of the central sections of the map. You’ll be right next to a tunnel, and the statue holding the Wraithstone is inside. Go up to the statue and turn right to find the final wolf. You’ll then be right next to the statue to get your reward.

After clearing out the first siege tower at the start of the level, head directly across to the opposite corner of the map. As you head up a ramp, you’ll go past the remnants of a ruined building. Go up the right and immediately turn around to see the wolf statue in the ruins.

As you’re facing the first statue, turn left and drop down the ledge to reach a tunnel that goes under that area. The statue is halfway through the tunnel.

Continue through the tunnel from statue two and walk straight up as you exit it. A wave of enemies will spawn, and you’ll spot the third statue on top of a ruin directly in front of you.

After breaking the third statue, turn 180 degrees and go down the path to the right of the tunnel exit. This will take you to the Wraithstone statue. Walk past that statue and turn right at the end of the passage, destroy the cultist circle, and the final wolf statue is directly behind it. Then all that remains is to double back on yourself to pick up your well-earned Wraithstone.
