All Medallion locations in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4

A new Fortnite season is here, and that means a new set of NPC bosses have been added to the map, along with the Medallions they can drop. This season, you’ll be fighting three different bug Queens as the O.X.R. continues its war against the insect this season, with each one offering a different boon when you pick up their Medallion. We’ll break down every boss on the map, their location, and what Medallion they drop.
Surge Medallion
Location: The Hive
Boss: The Queen
Effect: Increases movement speed and gives a burst of speed when sliding.
Spingleg Medallion
Location: Demon’s Domain
Boss: The Queen
Effect: Grants you a double-jump and immunity to fall damage.
Carapace Medallion
Location: Ranger’s Ruin
Boss: The Queen
Effect: Gives 50 health when you eliminate an opponent and passive generates 3 shiled per second, up to 50.
