Ghost of Yotei: All Bamboo Strike locations

Ghost of Yotei’s open world of Ezo (modern-day Hokkaido) is filled with activities for you to undertake, and the Bamboo Strikes are one of the most important. Completing several Bamboo Strikes will grant you extra Spirit, which can be spent on the Heal Technique or special combat skills. This makes the Bamboo Strikes incredibly valuable to overcome tough combat challenges.

In this guide we’re breaking down the location and number of Bamboo Strikes in each of Ghost of Yotei’s areas. This will give you maximum Spirit, making you more able to flex abilities and skills in battle, while having health to back you up.

Yotei Grasslands Bamboo Strike locations

There are three Bamboo Strikes hidden in the Yotei Grasslands.

Father’s Bamboo Strike

The first Bamboo Strike you’re likely to find is within the bounds of your childhood home.

Nupur River Bamboo Strike

Found Northwest of Yotei’s Shadow Inn.

Yotei River Bamboo Strike

Just North of the White Dye House, near the entrance to the Mount Yotei Shrine path.

Tokachi Range Bamboo Strike locations

Three more Bamboo Strikes can be found in Tokachi Range.

Niikappu’s Fork Bamboo Strike

Found between Moiwa Grotto and Twin Ponds of Hidaka.

Huranui Bamboo Strike

Found at Huranui’s Rest Inn, on the main river from Yotei Grasslands.

Misty Valley Bamboo Strike

Found within the Abandoned Tominaga Estate in the South corner of Shizunai Woods.

Ishikari Plain Bamboo Strike locations

Only two Bamboo Strikes are found in Ishikari Plain.

Urara Bamboo Strike

Found on the Southern edge of Urara Forest.

Rumoi Bamboo Strike

Found on Rumoi River, West of the Matsumae Encampment.

Nayoro Wilds Bamboo Strike locations

Nayoro Wilds is too small of an area, and sadly has no Bamboo Strikes to uncover.

Teshio Ridge Bamboo Strike locations

Teshio Ridge is hiding three Bamboo Strikes.

Sakuru Bamboo Strike

Found next to the Bifuka Sake House, North of Kamikawa Trading Post in Sakuru Woods.

Sarobetsu Bamboo Strike

Found between the Deserted Village and Nakajima Sake House.

Hakodake Bamboo Strike

West of Sarufutsu Lighthouse, East of the Abandoned Shack.

Oshima Coast Bamboo Strike locations

The final two Bamboo Strikes you’re likely to be missing can be found on Oshima Coast.

Atago Bamboo Strike

Found South of the Oshima Coast Entrance, East of Miyama Village.

Matsumae Bamboo Strike

Found within the Matsumae Castle grounds, to the South, near the Matsumae Residencies.
