Ghost of Yotei: All Mountain Reliquary puzzle locations and solutions
By Dave Aubrey

You can find five Reliquary puzzles across Ghost of Yotei, and each of them will upgrade a powerful charm, the Charm of Mount Yotei, which reduces all damage you take while recovering health with Perfect Parries. It’s a pretty powerful tool, but even if it wasn’t for that, it’d be worth taking on each puzzle.
In this guide we’re breaking down the location of each Reliquary in Ghost of Yotei, and how you can solve every puzzle.
Reliquary locations and solutions
Reliquary of Courage, Yotei Grasslands
“A boy was lost and alone. But wolves came from every corner to guide him. Their eyes gazing at the true Mount Yotei.”
If you follow the four dirt paths leading from the reliquary you can find four wolf statues that rotate. You simply need to rotate each wolf statue so it faces Mount Yotei in the distance, which is what these puzzles mean when it mentions the “true mountain,” otherwise it simply refers to the reliquary itself.
Reliquary of Resilience, Tokachi Range
“Within the caverns of Mount Yotei, a lost boy surrendered to a tired sleep. The wolves stood guard. Looking toward the mountain.”
For this you simply need to rotate each wolf statue to face the reliquary in the center. The trick is that for each 90 degree turn you make on a statue, the statue immediately to the right will rotate 180 degrees. It’s quite simple to get around, you basically just need to go to each statue and turn it toward the center. Once each statue is either facing toward or away from the center, it’s simple the line up the remaining statues.
Reliquary of Strength, Ishikari Plain
“The mountain raised the boy as her own. Demons looked away from them in fear. But the wolf watched them both, ready to provide aid.”
Here, three of the four wolf statues are wearing demonic Tengu masks, and only one wolf isn’t. The masked wolves need to look away from the center, and the lone unmasked wolf needs to look toward the center. Like the last puzzle, every quarter turn you make will cause the statue to the right to rotate by half.
Reliquary of Compassion, Teshio Ridge (Chilled Peak Shrine)
“The mountain took pity on the boy with no home. And lit her fire to keep the boy warm. The wolves gathered around, eyes on the mountain’s hearth.”
This reliquary is located in Chilled Peak Shrine. The first thing you need to do here is use Fire Arrows to light the braziers under each wolf statue, you’ll need this to prevent you from freezing. It works the same as the Reliquary of Resilience, and all the wolves need to look toward the center, only this time when you rotate a statue by 90 degrees, it will also rotate the statue on the immediate left by 180 degrees.
Reliquary of Faith, Oshima Coast
“The boy-made-man crafted blessing of his own. So others born under Mount Yotei. Will look to the true mountain for strength.”
This is the trickiest one, as one statue cannot be reached. The middle statue will rotate all three statues you can reach, while the left and right statues will rotate itself, the unreachable statue, and the middle statue. These statues all need to look toward Yotei, and we did it by following this order:
Middle, Right, Left, Left, Left, Left, Right, Right, Right, Middle, Right, Middle.
