Ghost of Yotei’s open world has a way to find most points of interest, but the Sumi-e painting locations have to be the most hidden. There’s no song to play to lead you here, you just need to recognize the best locations — or wear the Ainu armor. Each Sumi-e location counts toward in-game completion, and each will reward you with a unique cosmetic item.

Yotei Grasslands Sumi-e painting locations
Four Sumi-e painting locations can be found in the Yotei Grasslands.
Plum Crane Sumi-e
Found to the East of your Home.
Chasing Frogs Sumi-e
Found near Lake Jozan, Northwest of Outcrop Homestead.
Careful Pincers Sumi-e
Located to the South, East of the Coastal Duelling Tree.
Mount Yotei Sumi-e
Found on the road toward the Tokachi Range, West of the Blooming Ridge Shrine entrance, East of the Saito Recruitment Camp.
