Kingdom Come 2 Root of Evil: Where to find Mandrake and a River Pearl

As part of seeking out a temporary cure for Voyta in the Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Brushes with Death DLC, you’ll need to find two ingredients that are hard to come by: Mandrake and River Pearls. These two ingredients will require you to get in some scrapes, so we’ll explain where to go and what to do once you have them.
How to get Mandrake
The Mandrake is fairly simple to get. Follow the quest marker to the chapel in the northeast of Kuttenberg and talk to the keeper there. He’ll tell you about some scoundrels trying to steal from the grounds, and it’ll be your job to hide with him until nightfall and beat up the thieves. He’ll then give you a key to a chest in his house containing the Mandrakes.
How to get a River Pearl
This ingredient is a little trickier to get a hold of, as you’re given a search area that stretches the length of an entire river. Thankfully, you don’t need to scour the floor, as once you get halfway up the stream, you’ll find a gang of bandits who are harvesting the pearls for themselves. Take them out and you’ll be able to loot a couple of pearls off their bodies.
