Outer Worlds 2: All Flaws and what they do
By Ryan Woodrow

The Outer Worlds 2 has a lot of systems that constantly check on how you play the game, which is all in service of the unique flaws system. If you do a lot of any particular behavior, the game will pick up on that and offer you a character flaw. These flaws have both a positive and a negative effect, so it’s up to you whether you want to take them, but some can be very beneficial to certain builds.
We’ve put together this full list of all the flaws in The Outer Worlds 2, what they do, and what habits you need to adopt to get them. Of course, a great support system will help you deal with those flaws, so check out our guide on all companions in Outer Worlds 2 for more.
