Pokémon Legends Z-A: How to get every Eeveelution
Eevee is so popular that it’s basically as much a mascot for the Pokémon franchise as Pikachu at this point. It’s adorable on its own, but it’s also incredibly versatile, able to evolve into eight different Pokémon, each with different typing.
Like basically every other Pokémon game, all eight Eeveelutions – as well as Eevee itself – are available in Pokémon Legends: Z-A, but getting your hands on them all can be a bit of a struggle. That’s why we’ve put together this handy guide of how and where to get every Eeveelution in Pokémon Legends: Z-A.
How to get Eevee – Legends ZA
Eevee can be found sporadically throughout Lumiose City outside of Wild Zones, but finding one like this is almost entirely down to luck. Still, if you want to get an Eevee before the late-game, this is your best bet, otherwise you’ll be waiting quite a while.
Instead, your best bet is to find one in Wild Zone 19. Eevee is a rare spawn in Wild Zone 19, but it’s much more reliable than trying to find one in the city. You can usually find one running around the hedges, which may require a smashed rock or two to get to. If you don’t find one at first, you can refresh the spawns by leaving the area and coming back, waiting on a bench to force a time of day change, or entering and leaving a nearby building.
Eevee can be very skittish, running away if you spook them or get too close, so try and sneak up on them if you can.

How to get Jolteon – Legends ZA
Once you have an Eevee, you can evolve it into Jolteon by using a Thunder Stone, which you can buy from the Stone Emporium on Vernal Avenue.
Jolteon can also be found randomly as an Alpha Pokémon in WIld Zone 20 in the post-game.
How to get Vaporeon – Legends ZA
You can evolve Eevee into Vaporeon by using a Water Stone, which you can buy from the Stone Emporium on Vernal Avenue.
Vaporeon can also be found randomly as an Alpha Pokémon in Wild Zone 20 in the post-game.
How to get Flareon – Legends ZA
You can evolve Eevee into Flareon by using a Water Stone, which you can buy from the Stone Emporium on Vernal Avenue.
Flareon can also be found randomly as an Alpha Pokémon in Wild Zone 20 in the post-game.
How to get Espeon – Legends ZA
You can evolve Eevee into Espeon by increasing its friendship and leveling it up during the day. There are a number of ways to increase friendship, including sitting with it on a bench for more than 10 seconds, having coffee with it, or battling with it — as long as it isn’t knocked out in battle.
Espeon can also be found randomly as an Alpha Pokémon in Wild Zone 20 in the post-game.
How to get Umbreon – Legends ZA
You can evolve Eevee into Umbreon by increasing its friendship and leveling it up during the day. There are a number of ways to increase friendship, including sitting with it on a bench for more than 10 seconds, having coffee with it, or battling with it — as long as it isn’t knocked out in battle.
Umbreon can also be found randomly as an Alpha Pokémon in Wild Zone 20 in the post-game.
How to get Leafeon – Legends ZA
You can evolve Eevee into Leafeon by using a Leaf Stone, which you can buy from the Stone Emporium on Vernal Avenue partway through the game’s story.
Leafeon can also be found randomly as an Alpha Pokémon in Wild Zone 20 in the post-game.

You can evolve Eevee into Glaceon by using an Ice Stone, which you can buy from the Stone Emporium on Vernal Avenue.

You can evolve Eevee into Leafeon by teaching it a Fairy move, then increasing its friendship and leveling it up during the day.
