Pokemon Legends Z-A: Where to find Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour

While Pokémon Legends: Z-A has Wild Zones for you to catch the many different species of Pokémon it holds, there are some creatures that you’ll only find outside of those zones, which makes them harder to track down. This is what you’ll discover when taking on side quest #18 “A Pan-tastic Pot of Tea”, which tasks you with catching the three elemental monkeys, Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour.
They have unique spawn mechanics compared to most other Pokémon in the game, so we’ll explain how to get your hands on them.
Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour location – Legends ZA
The elemental monkeys spawn in trees around Lumiose City. While that is a pretty vague direction, we have found some specific spots you can use to get the monkeys much quicker. What you’ll need to do is check both of the locations we list, and then find any bench in the city to advance time, as that rerolls the spawns.
The first location is on the road north of Wild Zone 6. In the grassy areas between the zone and the Pokémon Center are a bunch of trees that can spawn the monkeys.
Second is in the small plaza across from the Hibernal Pokémon Center, opposite Café Kizuna and right behind Académie Etoile. Three of the trees here can spawn a monkey.
If none of the trees have a monkey (or have the wrong one) find a bench, skip time ahead and check again. Using this method and checking both of these spots, we found all three monkeys in about ten minutes.
