Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar – How to win the Flower Festival

The first town-wide event you’ll get to participate in when you start your journey in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar is the Flower Festival. This event is pretty simple, as all you have to do is hand out the most flowers to your friends during the event, but you don’t actually get told what the threshold for victory is.

When is the Flower Festival? – SoS: Grand Bazaar
The Flower Festival starts at 12pm on Spring 11 and runs until 12pm on Spring 12, which means you’ve got 24 hours to gather flowers and hand them out to villagers. Note that you’ll need to talk to Felix in the town square to officially start the event – any flowers you give before you do that won’t count towards your total.
How to win the Flower Festival – SoS: Grand Bazaar
To win the Festival, you must hand out 19 or more flowers to villagers. This is incredibly easy, as while you can only gift 1 flower per villager per day, there are more than 19 villagers who accept gifts in town, so if you have enough flowers, you can knock out the total immediately.
Note that both farmed and wild flowers count for the purposes of this event. It doesn’t matter if you planted and grew them on your farm, or if you foraged them from the world; they’ll all count towards your total. You’ll know that it counts because when you give the gift, the villager’s dialogue will reference that it’s for the Flower Festival.
Flower Festival rewards – SoS: Grand Bazaar
If you win, you’ll get the Golden Flower Festival trophy, which will be displayed on the shelves in your house, and you’ll also get three Green Teas. You should hold on to these, as they’ll come in handy during one of Spring’s other events, the Tea Party.
