Getting your hands on enough copper to upgrade all your tools in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar isn’t too difficult. There’s enough around in town and the mountains that you’ll probably be able to do it pretty quickly into Spring. However, the next tier of upgrades, silver, is trickier, as Spring doesn’t give you many silver nodes to work with, and they don’t always give you silver ore.

We’ll explain the best ways to get silver so that you can start upgrading all of your tools to be better than ever.

There are two main ways to get silver.

The first and most reliable is by mining the nodes around town. Silver nodes will have silver specs on the rocks around town; however, they don’t always drop silver ore. They have a chance to drop iron, copper, and silver ore, with silver being the rarest of those three drops.

The nodes have set locations where they spawn each day, although they change each season. Scroll below to see the listed locations for silver nodes during Spring and how to reach them.

The second method is to reach the third Bazaar Rank and complete Lloyd’s request to unlock his ore stall. There, you can buy silver ore, though it’s a bit expensive at over 1,000g per piece of ore.

Spring Silver node locations – SoS: Grand Bazaar

In Spring, there are three spots that spawn silver nodes.

The first is in the northeast corner of the mountains. Hop up the terrain, and right in the corner, you’ll find three nodes that respawn every day.

Second is just before the mountain entrance, behind the yellow windmill. However, you can’t get there every day. In order to get over the river, you’ll either need to buy the Double Jump upgrade from Felix at the Bazaar or use the Glider on a windy day. However you do it, there are two nodes for you there.

The final spot is on the east side of town. When you reach the pond next to the wooden hut, hop over the small bits of terrain and use the barrel to launch yourself into the air. If it’s a really windy day, you’ll need to move east onto the outcropping where the sprites live and drop down. If the air is still, glide directly north onto the ledge where the two silver nodes are.
