Tainted Grail Lumbering: Where to gather wood
By Ryan Woodrow

When you get your hands on an axe in Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon, you might be excited to go out and start chopping down trees, but unfortunately, that’s not exactly how it works. Instead, Tainted Grail has specific lumbering spots around its map that you’ll need to find if you want to gather wood, so we’ll show you where the easiest ones to find are.
If you’re still early on in Tainted Grail, then check out our Tainted Grail character build guides for some different ideas of how to expand your skills.
Where to gather wood
The easiest lumbering spot you’ll find is in the northwest of the castle at the Horns of the South. There you’ll find a stump with a bunch of logs around it, and you can use your axe to chop the wood there. Unfortunately, you can’t do this infinitely, as the wood will eventually run out, but if you wait around for long enough then it will replenish.
It makes wood one of the easier resources to farm in Tainted Grail, it’s just a bit fiddly, as you need to know a location and spend a bunch of time waiting if you need a lot of it.
