Embark is looking into ARC Raiders launch issues on Xbox as PC version immediately cracks 100,000 players
By Marco Wutz

The highly-anticipated ARC Raiders is finally available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S — on paper, at least. While the Steam version is already attracting close to 140,000 concurrent users at the time of writing – a number that will undoubtedly grow throughout the day – buyers of the Standard Edition on Xbox Series X|S are unable to get into the game.
Embark Studios has already recognized the issue and is looking into solving it, according to an official note spread via the game’s Discord server.
“We are aware that those of you who pre-ordered the Standard Edition on Xbox are currently not able to get into the game. We are working with Xbox right now to fix the issue. Hang tight, we'll get you into Speranza as soon as possible,” a community manager wrote.
It looks like there was an unplanned last-minute change to the game’s release time on the platform that might be causing the current confusion.
What you can do – if you have good internet – is to uninstall the game from your Xbox and play via Xbox Cloud Gaming, since that version of the game appears to be working without issues.
Players should note that the in-game rewards for Server Slam participants will go out tomorrow, on October 31, 2025, so don’t worry about not seeing these in your inventory at the moment.
