Dinolords will be playable in a closed alpha test later this month on PC
By Marco Wutz

If you’ve never heard about Dinolords, it’s basically a wild mix-up between Stronghold, Valheim, and Pikmin that features viking raiders using dinosaurs to attack castles — and it looks more fun with every look we get. Northplay and Ghost Ship Publishing have now announced that a closed alpha test for Dinoloards will kick off on October 31, 2025, on PC via Steam, which’ll give testers the chance to get a very close look at what the developers have been cooking up.
A brand-new trailer for the game is showing off new dinosaur types, clashes between armies, and the game’s destruction physics. Because if you have a tyrannosaurus rex on your roster, you’ll definitely want it to smash some castle walls. Also… velociraptor rodeo? Sure, why not.
You can sign up for the Dinolords playtest via Steam, but note that this merely signals interest — whether you’ll be chosen to participate in the test or not is up to the developers.
