The upcoming action RPG is getting ready for another round of testing.

Pan Studio has released a brand-new trailer for its upcoming action RPG Duet Night Abyss, which is often described as Warframe with anime characters and will have its second closed beta test soon.

Feedback from CBT1 led to the developer improving the game in many areas and Pan Studio revealed that CBT2 will show off some of the fruits of that labor, such as comprehensive visual upgrades, expanded core systems, and refined combat and movement mechanics.

At least when it comes to visual upgrades, the freshly released trailer confirms the claims.

Recruitment for CBT2 lasts until the beginning of June 2025, so the test itself should start towards the middle of the month at the latest. Interested players can register for participation on the official website.

DNA’s latest trailer is causing some raised eyebrows among players, though, as some of the animations it shows appear to be very close to moves found in other prominent gacha games. Fans have spotted an attack that looks like Castorice’s Ultimate in Honkai: Star Rail as well as one resembling Encore’s Resonance Liberation in Wuthering Waves. There is also a character who pretty much looks like a younger version of WuWa’s Phoebe.
