Girls und Panzer returns to World of Tanks in latest collaboration

Girls und Panzer works on exactly the kind of premise you’d expect from anime, namely school girls battling each other using tanks from World War 2 as a national pastime — and that premise also makes the successful franchise a perfect fit for World of Tanks. In their latest collaboration, the team from Saunders University High School is making its way into the multiplayer game.
Based on the United States’ armored forces from WW2, Saunders uses its massive wealth to field a large amount of tanks in each match, overwhelming the opponent with both teamwork and quantity.
Running from October 20 to 27, 2025, the Girls und Panzer collaboration enables WoT players to obtain Saunders’ team captain, Kei, and a full crew from the school. Kei is voiced by original Japanese VA Ayako Kawasumi.
Naturally, Saunders is bringing its signature Sherman Firefly to the battlefield. The Tier VI tank appears with authentic anime visuals.
During the event, players can earn tokens that can be redeemed for the fresh Saunders content as well as items from previous Girls und Panzer collaborations, including from the St. Gloriana, Kuromorimine, Jatkosota HS, and Oarai teams.
