Honkai: Star Rail 3.3 banners: Phase 1

Starting on May 21, 2025, with HSR 3.3’s release, you’ll be able to call upon the following characters:

  • Hyacine (5-Star, Remembrance, Wind), Misha (4-Star, Destruction, Ice), Serval (4-Star, Erudition, Lightning), Natasha (4-Star, Abundance, Physical)
  • The Herta (5-Star, Erudition, Ice), Misha (4-Star, Destruction, Ice), Serval (4-Star, Erudition, Lightning), Natasha (4-Star, Abundance, Physical)
  • Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky (5-Star, Remembrance), Shadowed by Night (4-Star, Hunt), Make the World Clamor (4-Star, Erudition), Day One of My New Life (4-Star, Preservation)
  • Into the Unreachable Veil (5-Star, Erudition), Shadowed by Night (4-Star, Hunt), Make the World Clamor (4-Star, Erudition), Day One of My New Life (4-Star, Preservation)

Hyacine

Hyacine can summon her Memosprite, Little Ica, to heal the party and increase everyone’s Maximum HP. Little Ica can even consume its own HP to heal allies outside of its turn. This makes Hyacine a great fit for HP-based characters such as Blade, Castorice, or Tribbie.

The Herta

Aside from being a peerless gem and an inimitable beauty, The Herta is one of the most potent damage dealers currently in the game, especially when it comes to fending off several enemy targets at once. However, for an Erudition unit she even fares pretty well against solo foes.

Honkai: Star Rail 3.3 banners: Phase 2

Phase 2 of HSR 3.3 will begin on June 11, 2025, and run for three weeks from that point on. You’ll be able to get the following characters in this time period:

  • Cipher (5-Star, Nihility, Quantum), Qingque (4-Star, Erudition, Quantum), Xueyi (4-Star, Destruction, Quantum), Sushang (4-Star, Hunt, Physical)
  • Aglaea (5-Star, Remembrance, Lightning), Qingque (4-Star, Erudition, Quantum), Xueyi (4-Star, Destruction, Quantum), Sushang (4-Star, Hunt, Physical)
  • Lies Dance on the Breeze (5-Star, Nihility), Geniuses’ Greetings (4-Star, Remembrance), Eyes of the Prey (4-Star, Nihility), Shared Feeling (4-Star, Abundance)
  • Time Woven Into Gold (5-Star, Remembrance), Geniuses’ Greetings (4-Star, Remembrance), Eyes of the Prey (4-Star, Nihility), Shared Feeling (4-Star, Abundance)

Cipher

Cipher can simultaneously debuff enemies, reducing their damage, and buff her own offensive power. In addition, she can mark an enemy target and execute Follow-Up Attacks against that enemy whenever allies move against it. Allied damage to that enemy is recorded and partially added to the damage of her own Ultimate as True DMG.

Aglaea

Aglaea is all about tempo and attacking. Her Memosprite, Garmentmaker, buffs her SPD and enables the duo to execute Joint Attacks. Being such a tempo-based unit, she works best with characters like Sunday, Sparkle, or Bronya, who can manipulate the turn order and provide additional attack opportunities.
