Palworld teases big Terraria collab update, coming in Summer 2025
By Marco Wutz

Pocketpair has teased the upcoming collaboration between Palworld and Terraria, revealing first details about the highly anticipated indie game crossover slated to be released in Summer 2025.
“The world of Terraria collides with Palworld,” the teaser states. “Catch, train, fight, and work monsters from Terraria just like Pals...?”
Among other things, one image shows Palworld characters face off against Terraria’s iconic Eye of Cthulhu, one of the first bosses players have to challenge in the RPG. It looks like map areas inspired by Terraria’s visual style are on the agenda as well, judging by the tall trees in the back and the dungeon areas shown on other images.
In addition to the Terraria-related content, Pocketpair aims to deliver “new Pals and new islands” as part of what’s shaping up to be one of the game’s biggest patches yet. The studio will reveal the fresh content over the coming weeks.
Palworld can use the positivity around this collaboration between two fan favorite titles following the disappointment of repeated feature removals over the past months, which Pocketpair said were forced by Nintendo’s ongoing lawsuit against the company for alleged patent infringement.
