Pokémon TCG Pocket Wisdom of Sea and Sky release date announced

The Pokémon Company has revealed Wisdom of Sea and Sky, the next expansion for Pokémon TCG Pocket, with a release date of July 30, 2025, on iOS and Android.
Gen 2 Legendary Pokémon Lugia and Ho-Oh are set to join the roster of available cards with ex versions alongside Gold and Silver starters Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile. Lugia brings the powerful Elemental Blast to the table, while Ho-Oh is set to provide boosts to benched Pokémon with Phoenix Turbo.
Baby Pokémon Pichu and Cleffa, Shiny Gyarados, Umbreon ex, and Espeon ex will be included as well. Some of the Pokémon in this expansion won’t require Energy to make attacks, further widening the game’s tactical possibilities.
Lyra and Silver join the fray as new Supporters, while the Rescue Scarf will be a new Pokémon Tool and the Elemental Switch can be added to decks as an Item.
As part of this update, players will be able to use the brand-new wishlist feature to aid in their trading activities. You can wishlist up to 20 cards and highlight three favorites in your profile. Previously announced trading changes will also come into effect at this time.
Curiously, the announcement came two days after the latest Pokémon Presents showcase, in which TCG Pocket did not have any presence.
