Kuro Games reveals Augusta for Wuthering Waves 2.6

Kuro Games has confirmed that Augusta will be on the Wuthering Waves 2.6 banners. A former gladiator, Augusta went undefeated in the arena and eventually worked her way up to become a living legend and example for all others to follow — the ideal qualities for a leader in Septimont’s martial society.

Though technically unconfirmed, the 5-Star Resonator is depicted as carrying a Broadblade and her association with the sun strongly hints at her dealing Fusion DMG, though it could also be a different flavor of Electro DMG, going by one of the descriptions accompanying her reveal.

“Augusta is the undefeated gladiator in the arena and a fearless leader with a will of iron. She is a mere mortal, but has reached heights of glory attempted by only a few, and her blade speaks her power loud and clear,” her official description reads. 

Another piece of lore adds: “When Augusta wields her blade, electric currents the color of molten gold burst out of her and set all nearby iron objects trembling and whining. She is a bright sun that emerges to drive away an endless night, erasing all fears and doubts that have been born in the darkness.”
