The ESL Pro League Season 10 Finals kicked off Tuesday with the 16 best teams for the regular season heading to Odense, Denmark.
Every team in attendance is vying for the $250,000 grand prize, a seed at IEM Katowice 2020 and a win toward the Intel Grand Slam Season 4 title. For some teams and playres, it’s a quick turnaround from the ECS Season 8 Finals.
That being said, the field is stacked with top players. Here are the three players to watch at the ESL Pro League Season 10 Finals.
3. Oleksander “s1mple” Kostyliev - Natus Vincere
Arguably the best player in the world, s1mple and Na`Vi haven’t had a strong run of form as of late.Still, the ESL Pro League Season 10 Finals provide a great opportunity for s1mple to dominate. Despite Na`Vi’s group being the tougher of the two, getting past s1mple isn’t an easy task.
2. Keith “NAF” Markovic - Team Liquid
Nasty NAF and the rest of Team Liquid fell just short against Astralis at the ECS Season 8 Finals. Regardless, NAF remains one of the most important players to the North American team’s success. He posted the highest HLTV 2.0 rating in Arlington and looks for revenge against Astralis in Odense.
1.- Nicolai “dev1ce” Reedtz - Astralis
The Danish AWPer hopes to defend home soil as Astralis is hot off the heels of back-to-back wins at IEM Beijing-Haidian and the ECS Season 8 Finals. Dev1ce also took home MVP honors for the latter as the Danish dynasty is back in full force. Look for dev1ce to once again be key in Astralis’ quest for a three-peat.
