5 Best Junglers in League of Legends Patch 11.9
In League of Legends Patch 11.9, the jungle role will see some interesting changes. The Sunfire Aegis buff against monsters is sure to ramp up clear speeds and get players into the action faster than we see now. However, the overall power structure of the role won't be taking a heavy leap this patch.

5 Best Junglers in League of Legends Patch 11.9
Ivern
Thanks to the Moonstone Renewer buff in 11.9 Ivern is going to be able to heal even more in the early team fight portion of the game. Going forward he'll be a champion to watch and hopefully we'll see more Ivern mains come out of the woodwork.
Morgana
Morgana is receiving a slight monster damage nerf on her W but a 15% drop isn't going to stop her from being one of the best junglers in the game. Despite the nerf Morgana will likely still have the fastest jungle clear in the game meaning she'll be much more active in lane than the opposition. Riot will have to try harder if they want to slow her down.
Diana
Diana has been a serious matchup problem for most of season 11 and it looks like 11.9 Riot is trying to do something to change that. In the upcoming patch she's getting nerfs to her Armor per level, base HP regen, and passive attack speed. But that doesn't matter when she'll still have huge burst damage potential and one of the fastest jungle clears in the game.
Fiddlesticks
Fiddlesticks is flying a little bit under the radar as one of the best junglers in the game. The Hextech Rocketbelt magic penetration buff has made him incredibly powerful. However, for a while now he's had one of the best win rates among the role and that's not likely to change in 11.9 at all.
Hecarim
Although Hecarim is receiving a ton of nerfs this upcoming patch he'll still be really good moving forward. Hecarim players will be sacrificing healing for additional damage, it'll take you a little more time but overall you'll reach the late game even stronger than where the champion is at currently.
