Snipers are a huge part of Fortnite, and here’s your guide to the best five snipers in Fortnite history. As we all know, a sniper is by far the most powerful weapon in the game. One headshot from the right one can take an opponent out of the game regardless of how much shield they have.

So, here’s the best five snipers in Fortnite history.

1. Heavy Sniper Rifle

The Heavy Sniper Rifle was by far the best sniper in the game. Ever. The gun had a base damage of 150, so you know a headshot would mean instant elimination. The power was deadly, and to make things worse you couldn’t even hide from it. This sniper was so strong it could take down trees and buildings. It has the worst reload time of any sniper but that’s a good trade-off.

2. Bolt Action Sniper Rifle

The Bolt Action Sniper Rifle was definitely one of the best snipers in the game. This weapon has a base damage of 105 and had a 2.5 times headshot multiplier. If you hit an opponent with this they had no chance of survival.

3. Semi Auto Sniper Rifle

The Semi-Auto Sniper was good because of how versatile it was. It did decent damage with a base of 95, but it had the best reload speed of all the snipers. So, what it lost in damage, it gained back in being able to shoot multiple bullets. Overall a very solid gun.

4. Suppressed Sniper Rifle

Imagine getting shot by a sniper and you don’t even hear the bullet coming. That’s what happened when somebody had the Suppressed Sniper Rifle. This is the only rifle with a suppressor on it, which made it easier to kill opponents. Along with the silence, it also did 100 base damage which is amazing. This quiet gun definitely helped people get a lot of kills.

5. Boom Sniper Rifle

The Boom Sniper Rifle was the most unique of all these snipers. Instead of bullets that just hit you, they shot clingers that exploded. These clingers could easily do a lot of damage to an opponent. While it only had 70 base damage, it did have a 2.5 headshot multiplier so that was very helpful.

All in all, there have been some great weapons in the history of Fortnite. Snipers are by far the deadliest, but in Season 6, they have been replaced with bows. Hopefully, in the near future, we’ll get snipers back!
