Riven is one of the most mobile characters in the game. Her fast-paced abilities also provide a lot of damage. On top of that, her shield allows her to be a strong duelist in the top lane.

3. Kled

Kled has one of the strongest mechanics by being untargetable while hopping off of Skaarl. This combined with his kit that lets you run down opponents makes for a very strong top laner.

With Mordekaiser's new update, he's a whole new beast. He can take on any opponent and should be feared until nerfed.

Darius has been a powerful champion for a while now and it is no surprise that he tops the list again. His kit is near perfect for a top-laner.
