League of Legends Patch 11.19 is scheduled to release on Wednesday, Sept. 22. There are no official patch notes yet but the patch preview has alerted us to what we can expect to see change. Patch 11.19 is the patch that the League of Legends World Championship will officially be played on, which means changes will be geared towards its preparation. With that being said, here are five changes we want in League of Legends Patch 11.19.
5 Things We Want in League of Legends Patch 11.19
1. Renekton Reconciliation
Renekton has been, all things considered, gutted. The change to his Ruthless Predator (W) had a stronger change than expected to average Renekton players as the nerf was targeted to pro play. Patch 11.19 will likely see a small buff to compensate for these nerfs.
2. Soraka Spotlight
Soraka received a change to her kit which gave her another strong boost to her healer identity. Her Wish (R) now removes all grievous wounds before healing her allies, making her a strong pick against any anti-healers now.
3. Singed Solidary
Shipped alongside the Soraka changes was a change to Singed's ultimate, Insanity Potion (R). The new change applies grievous wounds to people in Singed's poison during his ultimate. This put Singed in a good spot against teams without Soraka at least, and hopefully Singed won't get changed again next patch.
4. Varus Don't Leave
The changes shipped to Varus last patch aimed to put him in line with other ADCs for Worlds. According to Riot's data, the changes did not seem to work and they will likely nerf him again in Patch 11.19. In play, Varus seems to be quite balanced now and hopefully will not get gutted next patch.
5. Fizz Fixes
Riot promised us that Fizz was being adjusted in Patch 11.18, but this was not the case. The changes that shipped ultimately led to a definitive nerf to Fizz was that not called for. Hopefully Patch 11.19 brings back some strength to our favorite fish.
