5 Things We Want in League of Legends Patch 11.21

League of Legends Patch 11.21 is coming to servers Wednesday, Oct. 20. The new patch is taking a different direction as the previous patches have been heavily competitive oriented. With the League of Legends World Championship currently ongoing, Patch 11.21 looks to finally put the average player on the forefront.

With the patch preview for 11.21 being recently released, here are five things we want in League of Legends Patch 11.21.

5 Things We Want in League of Legends Patch 11.21

1. Viego Needs to be Tamed

Viego is first on the list to receive buffs this patch, and it comes to a surprise for many. Viego dominated the jungle meta for most of this season and is not out of the game with some appearances at Worlds in his current state. Hopefully these buffs don't create the over tuned monster we are used to now.

2. Goredrinker Balanced

Goredrinker has changed the way many champions function with the ability to sustain any assassin. They are looking to finally nerf the item this patch, so we hope that the item will no longer warp the meta as it has done recently.

3. Karthus Stay Alive

Karthus is receiving some buffs, but as a bot laner. His most popular role right now is in the jungle and these buffs seem to be targeted towards making him viable as a carry in the bot lane. We personally miss his spot in the solo lanes and hope that these changes can carry towards these roles as well.

4. Assassins Stop Killing Us

Assassins are not receiving any direct nerf this patch but Goredrinker is a core item on many AD assassins. While Goredrinker is getting nerfed, it's not certain this will clear up the prominence of assassins.

5. Yuumi Nerfs

Yuumi is showing once again that the cat is a nuisance to play against with her rising popularity. Many people find Yuumi incredibly annoying to play against, and some changes to minimize this would be appreciated.
