One of the largest Smash tournaments of the year begins next weekend, attracting nearly all of the top talent from Smash 4 and Melee.

Four of the Five Gods and god-slayer, William "Leffen" Hjelte, will be fighting in Melee, and nearly all of the top Smash 4 players on the Panda Global Rankings are ready to prove their new mid-year rankings.

Players are not the only top talent lined up for EVO this year. The official EVO Twitter has released their full list of commentators for all tournaments being offered at EVO.

Both Smash games will have eight featured commentators, with some providing commentary for both games.

D'Ron "D1" Maingrette is already a respected commentator for both games. Veteran commentator Wynton "Prog" Smith will be returning for EVO as well, and will hopefully do some Melee commentary with his classic partner. The duo has offered some of the best Melee commentary in history.

For Melee, Kris "Toph" Aldenderfer and Bobby "Scar" Scarnewman from The Scar & Toph Show will be giving commentary. Other popular commentators like Josh "FendrickLamar" Fendrick are also confirmed by the tweet.

Smash 4 has D1, as well as other established Smash 4 commentators, like Zak "Coney" Z., Richard "Keitaro" King Jr., Terrance "TKBreezy" Kershaw, and Phil "EE" Visu. The lineup of quality commentators is actually just as stacked as the tournament itself.

Tune in for EVO to hear some golden commentary and witness Smash history in the making.
