The North American ESL Counter Strike: Global Offensive Pro League is well underway, with teams now nearing the end of the second week of play. With Day 2 of Week 2 now over, we got a chance to see some of America's greatest talents battle it out online.

Eight matches were played on Day 2 and included a total of four teams. Although the regular season has only just begun, teams are desperate to get an early lead in the standings.

  • Misfits 2:0 Rogue
  • OpTic Gaming 1:1 NRG Esports
  • Immortals 1:1 Cloud9
  • Luminosity Gaming 2:0 Ghost Gaming

OpTic Gaming 16:3 NRG Esports (Cache)

NRG Esports 16:7 OpTic Gaming (Mirage)

With a dominant 16:3 stomp in Game 1, OpTic Gaming looked as if they were prepared to take the series as a clean 2-0 over NRG Esports. However, a surprise turnaround from NRG allowed them to take Game 2 and end the series with an even score.

Immortals 16:5 Cloud9 (Inferno)

Cloud9 16:3 Immortals (Train)

In Game 1, it seemed as though Immortals had every strategy from Cloud9 covered and were ready to pick up both games. However, Cloud9 found their fire with rifler Jake "Stewie2K" Yip and dominated IMT in Game 2 to finish the series 1-1.

Four other matches weren't included in the broadcast, with their results below:

  • Misfits 16:8 Rogue (Mirage)
  • Rogue 5:16 Misfits (Cache)
