Fnatic managed to come out on top in its match against TNC Pro Team, 3-2, on Friday to win the Southeast Asia qualifier and secure a spot at the ESL One Katowice Major. TNC was on the verge of taking the series 3-1, but after a miraculous comeback, Fnatic's team captain Jacky "EternaLEnvy" Mao made a play that tied up the series.

TNC Pro Team dominated the qualifiers without dropping a single game until meeting Fnatic in the grand finals. TNC played against teams like New Beginning and Execration and on the way to the finals. Fnatic, on the other hand, dropped only one match: against Geek Fam.

Fnatic will join the first Dota 2 Major to be held in Poland that will kick off on Feb. 24 with 16 teams. All the teams will compete against each other for the prize pool of $1 million and circuit points to increase their chances of being directly invited to The International 8 later this year.
