After OpTic Gaming decided to go Danish and change up their CS:GO roster, Adam "friberg" Friberg was left without a team moving forward. The former Ninjas in Pyjamas player took to Twitter Sunday to comment on his time with OpTic and his plans moving forward

"Playing for OpTic has been a pleasure, we had a lot of fun and I think that we did OK with the team even though our main goal was to qualify for the major, we had some issues with our map pool which made us a bit weaker in the play-off stages of tournaments, but we made it out of groups in everyone we attended except for the ECS finals, ended up ranked #11 in the world after just a few months playing as a team, which I am proud of," friberg said in a Twitlonger.

OpTic Gaming brought four new players after deciding to scrap their NA based roster back in August. They brought in friberg, Aleski "allu" Jalli, Emil "Magisk" Reif, and Kevin "HS" Tarn. The team failed to win a premier event and the project was scrapped when OpTic announced a new Danish lineup.

Friberg plans on continuing his career after being released from his OG contract. He thanked the organization for his time there, his teammates and coach.
