Dallas Fuel has officially cut ties with Félix "xQc" Lengyel.
The writing was on the wall for some time as xQc failed to keep his name out of the headlines after making multiple crude remarks costing him playing time and money.

Mike Rufail, owner of the Dallas Fuel gave a statement following the decision.
“There are few players out there who have achieved as much success in as short a time as Félix has in competitive Overwatch. Ultimately, it was in the best interest of our organization and Félix to part ways before the expiration of his contract. No one wants to see Félix succeed more than we do, and we believe he has a bright future ahead of him. I want to thank him for his time and the passion he brought to the Dallas Fuel.”
After xQc was suspended a second time, rumors started circulating on whether Dallas would choose to keep him and the possible headaches or move on without him. It seems the latter was chosen.
It's not known whether xQc will choose to stream fulltime or attempt to find another Overwatch League team.
