Another popular battle royale style game has officially been released on mobile devices.

PLAYERUNKNOWN's BATTLEGROUNDS, commonly referred to as PUBG, launched Monday on both the Google Play store and Apple store in the United States.

PUBG Mobile was released in Canada last week, available only for Android devices. The limited release is usually for developers to test and work out whatever bugs or issues players run into while playing before the game officially launches.

Now, with its launch in the United States, players can try their hands out on PUBG Mobile and see how they fare against other users.

The app is free to download in either store.

PUBG Mobile has expanded from just Android users to iOS devices, too. As long as interested users have an account in either the Apple or Google Play store, and a compatible device, they will be able to take part in the 100 player battle royale.
