After a series of April Fools jokes, London Spitfire announced that Susie “lilsusie” Kim will be joining the team as the new General Manager for their Overwatch League roster. 

According to the press release of her hiring, Kim has worked as on-stage talent for Starcraft and League of Legends and worked to help Twitch establish a presence in the South Korean market. She also has worked as a translator and player-manager which will be a huge benefit in communicating with London Spitfire's Korean roster.


Jack Etienne, CEO of London Spitfire and Cloud9 expressed his joy in having Kim stating, “We’re delighted to have Susie join the team in the role of General Manager. With her vast experience in esports there’s no one better to fill the role and we feel she will slot into our setup with ease.”


The London Spitfire has been one of the top teams in the Overwatch League. The team ended Stage 2 with an 8-2 record and a second-place finish. The team is also the Stage 1 champions.
