Pujan "FNS" Mehta has joined Cloud9's Counter-Strike roster, the team announced Monday.

FNS joins the team to fill one of two holes left by the â€‹departure of Jake "Stewie2k" Yip â€‹for SK Gaming and the â€‹benching of Tyler "Skadoodle" Latham.

FNS is a veteran North American player with in-game leading experience. He most recently played for compLexity, though he's also had stops as part Counter Logic Gaming and Team SoloMid, most famously.

Cloud9 still needs to replace one more spot in the starting lineup after Stewie2K left for SK Gaming last week. Stewie will fill the hole left by the departure of Epitacio "TACO" de Melo, who left the Brazilian club. TACO was â€‹in discussions about joining Cloud9 before â€‹seemingly choosing Team Liquid. TACO was seen at the movies with Team Liquid last week, though there has been no official announcement about his status.

After winning the ELEAGUE Major: Boston in January, Cloud9 has suffered a steep fall. The team's form dipped after winning the Major, and now losing two players from that roster definitely put the team in a state of flux. It will be interesting to see what kind of impact FNS and any other player Cloud9 adds can have on the team's fortunes.
