Blizzard has nerfed Brigitte, Genji, Tracer, and Junkrat in the latest Overwatch patch.

Brigitte received changes, just like Jeff Kaplan promised. Her Shield Bash will now have a smaller cone angle, it was reduced from 60 to 90. Blizzard wrote, "When fighting against Brigitte, it often felt like Shield Bash was able to hit players who felt like they were out of its range and should have dodged it. On the flip side, when playing as Brigitte sometimes players would hit the wrong enemy in the middle of a fight. With the cone being reduced, the ability is more accurate to its visual representation."

Genji also got a slight nerf to his Deflect, its hitbox was reduced. Blizzard wrote about this change, "The hitbox on Genji’s Deflect was big enough that it would sometimes reflect projectiles that were pretty far away from him. We’ve tightened up the hitbox, which should solve this problem while still fully protecting him from projectiles that would hit him from the front."

Hanzo's rework has hit the Overwatch live servers, and he has received his two new abilities, Lunch and Storm Arrows. In addition to receiving his new abilities, he received some changes to his existing abilities; Scatter Arrow has been removed, Storm Bow's projectile speed has been increased and Sonic Arrow now has a lower radius and duration but also a significantly lower cool down.

Junkrat's Frag Launcher projectile size is being decreased from 0.3 to 0.2. In addition to that, his RIP-Tire movement speed is being decreased from 13 to 12. These changes are "aimed at lowering some of the most frustrating parts about playing against Junkrat."

Lúcio's Wall Ride changes have also come to Overwatch, and with them, a much easier way to play Lúcio. Also, his Soundwave no longer consumes ammo, and can now be used while reloading.

Tracers Pulse Bomb damage is being decreased from 400 to 300. Blizzard stated that Tracer was too good at killing tanks, because they are easy to stick. This damage reduction should make Tracer a much more bearable opponent.
