IEM has announced the talent working for IEM Chicago.

The stage host for the event will be OJ Borg, who has commonly assumed the role for most of the IEM events in the past. Tres "stunna" Saranthus will take the reporting role in the event and Alex "Machine" Richardson will be the desk host, both reprising their roles from IEM Sydney.

For analysts, the event will have Chad "SPUNJ" Burchill and Jacob "Pimp" Wienneche. These two are former professional players in the game and have great experience in an analyst role.

For casters, the two most popular pairings in CS:GO right now will be in attendance at the Chicago event. These two pairings will be Henry "HenryG" Greer with Matt "Sadokist" Trivett and Jason "moses" O'Toole with Anders Blume. These two pairs will cast every match in the event and are some of the most iconic in the game's history.

Chicago was announced to be the new North American spot for the event today by IEM. Previously, Oakland was home to the North American IEM event on the calendar. The last two IEM Oakland's were both won by NiP and were some of the biggest and most competitive events of the year.
