​Team Liquid Academy has released support player Joseph "Joey" Haslemann, jungler Anthony "Hard" Barkhovtsev, and coach Tim "Timkiro" Cho, according to tweets posted by the three individuals on Monday.

​​Omran "V1per" Shoura, the team's top laner, David "Insanity" Challe, the team's mid laner, and Quentin "Shoryu" Pereira, the team's AD Carry, still remain with Team Liquid Academy, but are exploring their options.

​​Team Liquid Academy has made no mention of either the releases of the players and coach, or exploration of options for its remaining players.

The team placed first in the NA Academy Spring Split in March, third-fourth place in the NA Academy Spring Playoffs, second in the NA Academy Summer Split, and third-fourth again in the Summer Split playoffs.
