ESL revealed groups Tuesday for the upcoming ESL One Hamburg Dota 2 tournament.

ESL One Hamburg is one of the largest tournaments kicking off the Dota Pro Circuit season, but unlike previous years the tournament actually won't be a Major. This means there's no DPC ranking points to be earned, only the $300,000 prize pool. The tournament will be held in Hamburg Germany and will feature 12 of the best teams from around the world.

The groupings mean that whichever team is in Group A will solely compete against other teams in that group until the grand final, where the winner of each group will face off. The following are in Group A:

- Evil Geniuses
- Mineski
- Vici Gaming

PaiN Gaming

- Team Secret
- Alliance

And these are in Group B:

- Virtus.pro
- Forward Gaming
- Ninjas in Pyjamas
- Team Aster
- CompLexity Gaming
- EVOS Esports

The tournament runs Oct. 23-25
