Eefje "Sjokz" Depoortere announced the beginning of her freelance career. The League of Legends broadcast talent will continue working with Riot Games as a freelancer, promising her return for the next season of EU LCS.
Sjokz made the announcement through Facebook, revealing she will continue her work with Riot Games on a freelance basis. "First and foremost, let me make this clear: EU LCS will still be a huge priority for me in 2019 and you will still see me on camera next season! I have talked with the team in Berlin at length and we are both committed to continuing our successful relationship, especially in light of the bright future of EU LCS," the post read.
She explained she learned a lot over the years working as a broadcast talent for League of Legends esports and would like to participate in a larger variety of projects.
The EU LCS 2019 season will begin in January. Indiana "Froskurinn" Black is one of the confirmed casters for EU LCS.
