CompLexity Gaming announced Wednesday the departure of Rolen Andrei Gabriel "Skemberlu" Ong, Jacky "EternalEnvy" Mao and Jingjun "Sneyking" Wu from its Dota 2 team.

These roster changes come in light of a derogatory term used by Skemberlu in the DreamLeague Season 10 Minor. The term spurred uproar from the Chinese community and eventually resulted in an official statement from Valve condemning racist language between pro players.

The statement from compLexity revealed that EternalEnvy and Sneyking both requested to leave. CompLexity's general manager, Kyle Bautista, said this was because, "their visions didn't align for the future." Skem was benched due to concerns from compLexity that he wouldn't be representing their brand in the right way.

Skem will stay benched until compLexity can help find him another team.
