Super Smash Bros. Ultimate was leaked by data miners a few weeks early of its release on Dec. 7. The leak revealed the entire soundtrack of Smash Ultimate, final bosses, how to unlock characters, and more.

Smash Ultimate datamine

The introductory cut scene to Smash Ultimate is one of the longest in the series, and features many, if not all of the characters from the roster.​



How to Unlock Fighters

There's a few ways to unlock fighters and Smash Ultimate, but what was reported to be the fastest way to unlock characters is by playing a quick versus match, then quitting out of the game and rebooting it to play another, repeating that process until all fighters are unlocked. The reason for quitting out of the game after the match is played, is because players can unlock a character after a versus match every 10 minutes. But by quitting out of the game, players can bypass that 10 minute restriction.



Soundtrack

The entire soundtrack for the game was also leaked. It's been taken down multiple times on YouTube, but here's the latest video that's up.
