MIBR revealed Braxton "swag" Pierce will play with the team as a stand-in for BLAST Pro Series Libson to replace Fernando "fer" Alvarenga.

A roster change was revealed Sunday for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team MIBR. Fer will be unable to attend BLAST Pro Series Libson because of surgery, the organization announced. Swag will join MIBR in his place for the event.

Swag is a player known for his time with CS:GO teams compLexity Gaming and Team iBUYPOWER. Swag was permanently banned from all Valve-sponsored events after a match-fixing scandal in 2015, but was later unbanned by DreamHack and ESL, making him eligible to compete in their events.

MIBR recently released Ricardo "boltz" Prass from its roster.
