The best junglers in League of Legends Patch 8.24 are a product of many changes to the game across the board, including changes to champions, items, and runes that have shaken up the game during the off-season.
Given the changes introduced in the most recent patch, here are the five best junglers in League of Legends Patch 8.24.
Kayn excels in the jungle because of his mobility, which players can use to invade, causing the enemy jungler to fall behind. With his ability to walk through walls, Kayn has access to unique and surprising ganking options that can easily catch laners off-guard to help secure a kill. As an assassin, Kayn can quickly snowball if he can achieve successful early ganks to transform into one of his two forms and take over the game.
As another strong pick for the jungle, Taliyah recently received buffs to her early level cooldowns on Threaded Volley, which serves as her main damage option out of her entire kit. With her ultimate ability, she can quickly gank a lane and cut the opponents off from escaping. Her wall also serves as a way to shake up a team fight and isolate a target, or to help with sieging towers at later stages in the game.
3. Xin Zhao
Xin Zhao has remained a strong pick because of his capabilities in winning high priority skirmishes early in the game. The spear-wielding character is one of the strongest early game fighters, and he defeats the majority of enemy junglers when contesting scuttle crabs. With his dash, he can quickly jump on ranged carries and single them out from the rest of their team with his ultimate, allowing his allies to focus on one enemy and quickly burst them down.
Evelynn stands as one of the strongest AP junglers in the game with her large amount of upfront damage and access to stealth. Although she struggles with a weaker clear before she hits Level 6, she can successfully invade or use her passive ability to scout out and track the enemy jungler. Likewise, her stealth prevents enemies from seeing her when ganking, allowing her to get easy kills.
Graves stands as one of the strongest picks to take in the jungle if players can successfully pull off early ganks. Graves has a healthy jungle clear with his Q and E abilities, and can counter jungle well to keep his enemy jungler behind. As a ranged jungler, he can easily kite jungle monsters, helping with his clear while also giving him advantages in skirmishes throughout the jungle.
