the best AD Carries in League of Legends Patch 8.24 were largely unchanged, as the patch avoided adjusting any of the game's designated marksmen.
Given these lack of changes, here are the five best AD Carries in League of Legends Patch 8.24.
Draven heavily relies on catching his axes, but when players successfully do so, they increase the damage of their next auto attack. As a result, Draven is one of the strongest early game marksmen and can easily take over the game if he gets advantages throughout the laning phase. With these advantages, Draven can cash in on extra gold to quickly build items and grow in strength.
Although Kai'Sa is no longer the top priority when it comes to picking marksmen, she has remained one of the stronger picks over the past few patches. With her mobility, Kai'Sa can quickly jump in or out of fights. Players can tactfully use her ultimate either to engage on a marked enemy champion, or to use it as an escape when getting ganked.
Following his rework, Ezreal rose in power with the changes to his updated W. He can now deal extra damage to an enemy or structure after hitting the target for a second hit. When hit with an ability, Ezreal regains the mana cost of the ability. Even more so Ezreal received an additional buff in Patch 8.21 which increased the damage at later stages in the game.
With her spell shield, Sivir has access to mana regeneration and a bit of defense against poke-heavy compositions. At later stages in the game, Sivir can easily and quickly clear a minion wave, allowing her to constantly roam and collect gold to buy items. When properly organized with her teammates, her ultimate can be used either defensively or offensively and can greatly benefit the team in 5v5's.
Lucian's strenght and dominance in lane comes from his passive, which grants him an extra auto attack after casting an ability. This double attack helps with trading in lane or for going all-in onto enemy targets. When partnered with a support like Braum, whose passive works incredibly well with Lucian's, the bot lane duo can easily take over laning phase and secure first turret for their team.
