The Overwatch League Season 2 begins on Feb. 14 and will bring more than a few changes to the schedule.

This year the OWL won't have games on Wednesday and will instead move games to Thursday through Sunday.

Overwatch League Schedule - Road Games

Overwatch League Season 2 will feature road matches for the first time, commissioner Nate Nanzer said Wednesday in a launch stream for Season 2.

"The No. 1 thing we’re working on at the league office is getting our teams into their home markets -- is getting to what the vision for the OverwatchLeague is: which is full home and away. Every game is played in a home stadium," Nate Nanzer said.

Overwatch League Schedule - More Breaks

Nanzer also mentioned there will be more time for teams to visit their own cities during the season, adding there will be more breaks for players. "We wanted to make sure they had an opportunity both to just rest, but also to work on new strats, game plan for particular teams. So we’re gonna create more breaks throughout the season."

This is a big step as player burnout has already become a thing after one season.

Overwatch League Schedule - Days and Start Time

These could shift if the league does plan on road games, but for now, four matches a day will be played Thursday through Sunday.

Games on Thursday and Friday will begin at 4:00 p.m. PT with an hour and a half between the start of each match. Saturday and Sunday will see the day's matches begin at 12:00 p.m. PT. The last matches of the day will begin at 4:30 p.m. PT.
